Finish your list while enjoying a night out! Â Â Please purchase a ticket if you would like to paint or botox. Â This is a downpayment to the service. Â Choose the package option that is right for you. Â No need to purchase ticket if you are joining us to shop, sip and dine.

This entry ticket of $15 will go towards your painting service. This entry ticket is towards your chance for prizes as well as food samples. Various projects available - $15 to paint one glass ornament, one wine glass or mini canvas. Upgrade for additional project or larger canvas and wood board to be paid at the door. Balance of check to be paid night of. Must by 21 to participate. Must show valid ID at the door.

This entry ticket of $10 go towards your service. This entry fee is your chance for prizes and food samples. This ticket also saves your spot for Botox. *** However, you will pay Forward Medi Spa balance of service that evening. Special of $10 per unit. In purchasing this ticket you are NOT saving your seat for painting. (see other package to include painting) Shopping and balance of other services to be paid at the door. Must be 21 to participate.
